We're not sure how big of an impression we would make by driving up in this week's Mystery Car. On one hand, it looks like a big car and one that's all dressed up with the fender skirts and all. But it doesn't look terribly practical, what with the little windows. That rear end would make a nice ski jump.

Looks like BMW's Mini is serious about getting into the electric scooter business. If it isn't, it thinks it has found a way to fake its way through the Paris Motor Show when it doesn't ahve any new models to unveil.
